Pricing and the launch offer

The complete system costs $3,490 for setup and $399 per month after launch. The limited-time launch setup price is $2,490 when the scope is agreed and the setup deposit is paid by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. America/Los_Angeles. The launch deadline does not reset for individual visitors. No slot count or availability claim is implied.

All amounts are USD, excluding applicable taxes. The $5,000 value stack is the sum of our individual setup estimates: website $1,500; AI phone $1,200; AI chatbot $600; booking $450; dashboard $500; lead capture and follow-up $750. These are scoped estimates, not historical selling prices or a promise that third-party tools have these values.

What the bundle includes

One business location; up to five website pages; one AI phone receptionist; one website chatbot; one calendar connection; one client/admin dashboard; and agreed lead-capture and follow-up sequences. Analytics configuration, lead-response templates, team training, an initial campaign planning session, and a 30-day launch check-in are included. Supported connections and the final content scope are confirmed in writing.

Monthly service and usage

The $399 monthly plan includes hosting, monitoring, support, 200 AI voice minutes, and 500 SMS segments. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Messages may use more than one segment, depending on their length and encoding. Usage above the allowance requires an approved top-up quote. Usage limits and fallback handling are agreed before launch; service beyond those limits is not promised.

Domain registration, paid advertising, media buying, premium third-party subscriptions or integrations, additional locations, major redesigns, and functionality outside the agreed scope are excluded unless specifically quoted. No additional paid work is undertaken without approval.

The launch delivery guarantee

Before work begins, we agree written acceptance checks for website inquiries, approved AI responses and handoff, booking connection, lead visibility, and follow-up triggers. You provide the required content, access, approvals, and vendor permissions on the agreed schedule.

If the delivered system fails a written launch acceptance check, tell us which check failed within 14 calendar days of the handover notice. We have 14 calendar days from receipt of that notice to fix the failure and demonstrate that the check passes. If the same agreed check still fails, you may cancel by written notice within the following 14 calendar days and receive all setup fees paid to Veltra Media back within 14 calendar days of cancellation.

The guarantee covers our delivery against the original checklist. It does not cover new requirements, client-made changes, missing access or approvals, a provider outage beyond our control, or lead volume, bookings, revenue, or clinical outcomes. Approved third-party charges and consumed usage are excluded from the setup-fee refund. The written scope will distinguish these costs before payment.

Ownership and cancellation

You retain your domain, supplied content, and fully paid custom website work. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own licensing and export options. Monthly management can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice after launch; already-delivered services and consumed usage remain payable. We provide an available lead-data export. Additional migration services are quoted separately.

AI and business outcomes

AI supports approved administrative questions, intake, and scheduling. It does not provide diagnosis, determine treatment suitability, or replace clinical judgment. The calculator and dashboard previews are illustrations, not client results or promised returns. Your results depend on your traffic, demand, offer, team, and follow-through.
